Information on the presentations
Time and place
The presentations will take place at Leopoldstraße 13.
The conference office is located there as well; upon registration you will receive your documents and all necessary information on the program and on the locations.
Timeframe for your presentation
In order to give all contributors the opportunity to present their research interest adequately, you have 30 minutes available for your presentation. Please allocate 20 minutes towards your presentation and 10 minutes towards discussions.
Since the conference is divided into several panels and experience shows that participants tend to switch between panels, we kindly ask you to comply with these guidelines.
A projector and internet access will be available; a laptop will also be available in the conference room.
Some conference events will be streamed. Further details will soon be available on the conference website.
The conference languages are German and English.
Please make sure that the audience can follow your contribution. We suggest that you include translations of your most important presentation slides and summaries in German and English.
Please send us your abstract in German and English (300 words each) by December 20, 2017, so we can include it in the conference program. Please create the file as a Word document and do not format your text. Please also state your current professional situation and your email address. It would be greatly appreciated if you could provide us with a recent photo of yourself.
A publication on the conference is planned. As a contributor you are invited to publish an article based on your presentation therein (between 25.000 and a maximum of 30.000 characters, excluding spaces).
